Intermediate DevOps Developer
New World Interactive is an award-winning game studio dedicated to crafting exciting tactical playgrounds. Our best-in-class artists, animators and developers have led us to success in creating games like Insurgency, Insurgency: Sandstorm, and Day of Infamy.

We are currently working towards launching our newest tactical hardcore shooter game. As we set out to explore new horizons, we are growing our team and seeking an Intermediate DevOps Developer.
Your Mission Objectives:
You are passionate about video games, both playing and creating them. When creating video games, you focus on creating efficiency and developing processes and pipelines. You are approachable and excited to share your knowledge with those on your team as well as people from other departments.
- Maintain the continuous integration pipeline for the studio.
- Have a hand in the maintenance of all infrastructure hardware and software.
- Proactively identify inefficiencies in the development pipeline, and propose solutions.
- Responsible for collaborating with the various departments in the studio to ensure their needs are met by infrastructure
- Design and execute infrastructure needs of the studio
- Be aware of the latest technologies and trends in the DevOps space
- Responsible for the documentation of all processes related to DevOps
Mission Critical Skills:
- Experience with C# and Python.
- Experience with build and product release management for PC and Consoles.
- Experience with Continuous Integration systems such as Jenkins.
- Experience scripting and integrating tools with Perforce.
- Experience with a modern game engine such as Unreal or Unity.
- Proficient communication skills.
Bonus XP if You Have These!
- Shipping on Consoles (Xbox, Playstation) or shipped an Unreal Engine before: Our titles work closely with Unreal Engine, and having experience with vendor-specific tooling is a plus.
- Knowledge of the cloud, vendor agnostic tooling for compute.
- Code Coverage and/or Static Analysis Tools: We're looking to invest in improving our codebase.
- PostgreSQL or Data Science or Engineering experience: Gathering telemetry and presenting data to stakeholders.
- Code Coverage and/or Static Analysis Tools: We're looking to invest in improving our codebase.
- JIRA and Test Rails: We love organizing tests and bugs and building reports.
- Networking and Network Security: BGP, TCP, UDP, SSL, TLS, HTTPS, DNS, ARP, CIDR, IPV4/IPV6, SHA5, MD5, and more.
