Senior Gameplay Programmer
New World Interactive is an award-winning game studio dedicated to crafting exciting tactical playgrounds. Our best-in-class artists, animators and developers have led us to success in creating games like Insurgency, Insurgency: Sandstorm, and Day of Infamy.

We are currently working towards launching our newest tactical hardcore shooter game. As we set out to explore new horizons, we are growing our team and seeking a Senior Gameplay Programmer.
Your Mission Objectives:
- Write high-quality C++ code with an understanding of gameplay systems.
- Participate in the design and implementation of gameplay code in accordance with design intentions.
- Work collaboratively with design on prototyping new gameplay concepts as well as iterating on and improving existing gameplay features.
- Work with artists and other programming disciplines to design systems to help support their work.
- Work with QA to fix tricky and obscure bugs.
Mission Critical Skills:
- Strong grasp of advanced programming techniques related to gameplay programming.
- Experience working collaboratively with others on games.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Passion for making games.
Bonus XP if You Have These!
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent 3+ years related work experience.
- Shipped at least one III, AA, or AAA title on multiple platforms.
- Familiarity with console platforms such as Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and Nintendo Switch.
- Proficiency with Unreal Engine 4, including the in-engine gameplay framework.
- Experience working with Perforce source control.
