Gameplay Programmer Years in the Industry: 3 Released Titles: 2 Favorite Games: Stellaris, ARK, & Mass Effect
Stephen is a software engineer by trade, versed in C/C++ from many projects. With a passion for video games and a hobby modding games, he switched his career 3 years ago to apply his skills towards creating AAA games with Unreal Engine.
With a unique history of repairing electronics and computers for Sony, writing drone control software for LockHeed Martin, and handset protocols and software for the Satelitte Communications company Network Innovations, he broke into the gaming industry as a gameplay programmer at BeHaviour Interactive in Montreal (2017-2020) working on Dead By Daylight. After a few content releases for PC and Consoles he became a founding member of the DBD Mobile team which had a successful launch in 2020.
Stephen then joined New World Interactive in mid 2020 as a Gameplay Programmer bringing with him knowledge of Unreal Engine, Jenkins build pipeline, and AWS deployment.
